Skandar and the Unicorn Thief

Skandar and the Unicorn Thief is about a boy named Skandar who lives with his sister and father on the mainland. Close to the mainland is an island called The Island, which holds many bloodthirsty powerful unicorns. When Skandar watches the Chaos cup on TV a mysterious human rides a wild unicorn into the stadium and then takes the most powerful unicorn in the whole world. Skandar, after bonding with his own unicorn, goes on a quest to try to stop this mysterious person. He also has to hide his illegal ability, which the mysterious figure also posseses. The unicorns in this story aren’t like the ones you’ve heard of before. They are menacing creatures, especially the wild ones. Unlike bonded unicorns, they don’t die in a moment, but rather they live forever strangely rotting as time goes on. This book is great for kids who love adventure and fantasy stories. This is one of my favourites this year. It may sound like a fairy tale, but this book is definetely something different!
